What's free?
Your personal org: just you, one dialer connection, every tool, and 72 hours of audit history. No card and no time limit. Upgrade it to Business for more connections.
How do seats work?
Everyone in a team is a seat. Add someone and the bill follows, prorated for the rest of the period; remove someone and it drops.
What's in the trial?
A new team gets Business for 14 days, no card needed. Subscribe any time during it and the first charge lands the day it ends, so you never lose trial days. In its last two days, you're charged right away.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Business runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that a team becomes read-only, and a personal org goes back to Free.
What happens if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for a week while you fix the card. After that a team becomes read-only: read tools still work and nothing is deleted, but nothing changes until it subscribes again, and audit history is kept for 72 hours.
